Symptoms

When attempting to run the RTI - Full Payment Submission Process (FPS) for one employee, the following error is displayed in View Run Messages form:

Error
Pay subject to NICs Year to Date for NI Category A of the assignment XXXXX in invalid.
Earnings at Lower Earnings Limit Year to Date for NI Category A of the assignment XXXXX is invalid.
Earnings above LEL upto PT Year to Date for NI Category A of the assignment XXXXX is invalid.
Error ORA-20001: Errors found while archiving data.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to UK HRMS Responsibility or equivalent
2. Navigate to View > Request > Submit a New request
3. Run RTI - Full Payment Submission Process (FPS) 2024/25
4. Go to View > Payroll Process Results > search for the Payroll Name > Find
5. Go to the RTI - Full Payment Submission Process (FPS) 2024/25 performed in step 3
6. Go to Message tab > the error message it's displayed in the View Run Messages form
