Goal

JNLP file downloading multiple time in ECC dashboard

From any ECC dashboard, whenever click on a transaction or receipt to connect to the EBS application, a JNLP file is downloaded each time.

When logged in to the EBS application directly, the JNLP file downloads only once. However, when try to connect to the EBS application from the ECC dashboard, the JNLP file downloads each time for every transaction or receipt
