Upon Batch or Batch Step Completion, Resource Instance Information is Deleted From the Resource Transactions (Doc ID 3080841.1)

Symptoms

In the batch, the user enters the resource instance used.
Once the batch or batch step is completed, the resource instance information is cleared. Resource instance information should be retained upon completion of the batch or batch step.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Production Supervisor
2. Navigation; Batch Details, query batch in pending status
3. Navigate to Steps > Activities > Resources > Resource Transactions
4. In Resource Transactions - enter the Instance Number
5. Release the batch - Instance Number appears in Resource Transactions
6. Complete the Batch - the resource instance is cleared.
