Some Timecards are not Being Transferred to the Payroll (Doc ID 3081294.1)

After applying HRMS RUP 18 (Patch 35672406) , some timecards are not transferred to Payroll each pay period.

Steps to replicate the issue

-------------------------------

1. Apply HRMS Rup18 (Patch 35672406).

2. OTL Administrator >Submit transfer time from otl to BEE.

3. Submit validate for BEE.

4. Submit transfer to BEE.

5. Navigate to PUI form , some timecards have no details in HXT_DET_HOURS_WORKED_F and are not transferred to BEE .
