Symptoms


Some employees within the same organisation cannot see data when accessing the Oracle Employee Expenses Command Center, but others can. All users are using the same responsibility.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to a Payables Responsibility
2. Access the Employee Expenses Command Center
