Assignment Extra Information Type (EIT) Is Not Appearing In SSHR But Appears In Professional User Interface (PUI) (Doc ID 308267.1)

Symptoms

Assignment EIT is not appearing in SSHR but appears in PUI.

 

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Navigate to Sysadmin responsibility
  2. Navigate to Application > Flexfield > Descriptive > Segments
  3. Query Title Extra Assignment Information for Application HR
  4. Add a new value under Context Field Values (WBCHR_TEST)
  5. Segments (added a segment)
  6. Freeze DFF
  7. Switch Responsibility HRMS Manager
  8. Run Register Extra Information Types for table PER_ASSIGNMENT_INFO_TYPES
  9. The request is completed successfully
  10. Navigate Security > Information Types Security

 

Responsibility: Manager Self Service
Information Type - add WBCHR_TEST

  1. Save
  2. Bounce Apache
  3. Clear _pages directory
  4. Clear browser cache
  5. Navigate to Manager Self-Service responsibility
  6. Navigate to Extra Information
  7. Select a person
  8. The EIT created is not appearing.
