iSupport: Creating a Service Request, the Service Request Type Attributes Page Does Not Appear (Doc ID 308748.1)

Symptoms

When creating a Service Request in iSupport, the Service Request Type Attributes page does not appear even though you have run the synchronization concurrent program. Instead the Notes page appears.

The following has been done:

1. Created Service Request Type
2. Mapped Service Request Type to an Isupport Responsibility
3. Created Attribute(s) for the Service Request type
4. Ran the concurrent program 'Synchronize SR type to iSupport Template
