Symptoms

Getting error 'The Quantity should be equal to One for Serialized Instances. Please check the

The error happens when two split deliveries have exact same line_number.
shipment_number.option_number.component_number.

This occurs when one of the components is split during the shipment.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Create a sales order.
2. Enter a line for multiple quantities of an ATO.
3. Configure the line.
4. Split one of the components into two lines; the sum of the quantities
matches the original quantity.
5. Ship the product. The error appears in the Transaction Error Processing
form when queried by order number.
