APP-JTF-210807 Error When Using Assisted Mode Terr Qualifiers (Doc ID 309143.1)

Symptoms

Receiving APP-JTF-210807 error when using the Assisted Mode Territory Qualifiers in Assignment Manager.  You are using various transaction qualifiers and none of them work. But Unassisted Mode works fine

Logon with Field Service Manager responsibility. Create a Service Request > Create and Save a Task > click on AM > click Assisted > click Territory Qualifiers>choose Customer Name > click Search > error occurs.

From Service Request:


APP-JTF-210807 - No resource found

AND

From Task Manager:

"ORA-6508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called in Package
JTF_TERR_TASK_PUB Procedure Get_WinningTerrMembers Unexpected execution error as occured in the Territory API. Program Error: There is an error in call to procedure GET_ASSIGN_TASK_RESOURCES in API JTF_ASSIGN_PUB.GET_ASSIGN_RESOURCES

Where it happened : In Field Service Dispatch Center or Task Manager

The significance of loss: Unable to schedule the task using Assisted Mode.
