Job Completion Transaction Failing with WMS_INVALID_PKG Error

Symptoms
When performing WIP assembly completion an error message pops up "The package for rule <Number> is missing. Please
compile the rule usiong the WMS Rules form".
Click on "Ok", another error message pops up:
"WMS_INVALID_PKG(LIST_PKG)(RULE_NAME=)"
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create Discrete Job and Release it.
2. In the "Move Transactions" form, move the FG item from "Queue" to "To Move"
3. Navigate to the "Completion transactions" form
4. In the "Completion transactions" form, Enter the "Job Number" and tab out
5. Click on Continue
6. The "WIP Assy Completion" form opens
7. In this form, enter the Job Quantity
8. Click on the "Lot / Serial" button
9. The "Lot Entry" form opens.
10. In this form,enter the Lot number, Quantity and the Lot Attributes
11. Select "Done"
12. In the "WIP Assy Completion" form, click on "Enter"
13. An error package pops up "The package for rule <Number> is missing" Please compile the rule using the WMS Rules form". Once clicked on "Ok", another error message pops up "WMS_INVALID_PKG(LIST_PKG)(RULE_NAME=)"
