Credit Card Processing fails ar_cc_auth_failed (Doc ID 309720.1)

Symptoms

When trying to run the Automatic Remittances Program the following errors are returned:

arziex_Insert_Exceptions
arziex: 1 AR_CC_AUTH_FAILED exceptions inserted
update_cc_err_trx_stmt


Test Credit Card transaction from the iPayment Administrator user interface is working successfully, but not from Receivables.
No iPayment debug log file is generated for the Remittance.

Tested the iPayment pl/sql API script (ibyautst.sql) but receiving the following error:

x_return_status = U
x_msg_count = 1
x_msg_data = IBY IBY_204402_JSERVLET_ERROR
