Symptoms

Cycle Count Manual Request for specific subinventory and locators produces no item Count Selection and Listing to perform Cycle Count

You may only want to use Manual Requests for subinventory and location.
You have also tried to run a Manual Request for "subinventory only" without selecting a specific locator. This test also produced the same results of no Cycle Count list.
