In the Receipt Application form attempt to enter a claim investigation, save, but   get the following error message:

Data is required for Owner for a claim

(N) Receivables Manager Responsibility> Receipts > Receipts > Enter receipt information > click on applications button > select Claim Investigation from the LOV> get following error:

Data is required for Owner for a claim
