Symptoms

Find Internal Order Issues transactions stuck in the transaction open interface (MATERIAL_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE) table after running the Ship Confirm.
The trip stop interface completed in warning with the following error in the log file.

ERROR
GET_ACCT_PERIOD: no_data_found error
Failed to get acct period id for org:107 message
Error .. in INV_LOGICAL_TRANSACTIONS_PUB.create_logical_trx_wrapper
**Ex: Error.. in INV_LOGICAL_TRANSACTIONS_PUB.create_logical_trx_wrapper
oracle.apps.inv.transaction.utilities.InvTrxException


STEPS
1. Go to Order Management > Shipping > Shipping Transactions.
2. Query the related order.
3. Choose the delivery tab.
4. Choose ship confirm.
5. Monitor for the trip stop concurrent program to complete.
6. The trip stop completes with the error noted above.

VERIFICATION
Verified the issue by enabling inventory debug and reviewing the resulting trip stop request log:
