Unable To View Invoice Attachment In iReceivables OIR When Use BPA Template

When using Oracle Attachment functionality to attach a document to an invoice, users can view the attachment in Oracle iReceivables. When use a template using Bill Presentment Architecture and view an invoice using the BPA template there is no attachment icon. Need to allow access to attachments on the online invoice page, as currently supported by iReceivables.
