Profile Option Fnd: Disable Partial Page Rendering Disables Task LOV

This problem can occur on any platform.
Using the standard projects/payroll combined timecard, users want the ability to type in a correct project number, tab to the task field and then use the flashlight to pick a task number. However, with profile option
FND: Disable Partial Page Rendering set to "Yes", manually entering a correct project number that matches multiple projects, the project LOV pops as if they the project flashlight had been used.
When setting the profile option to "No", the LOV does not pop, but then the Task LOV is NULL.
The 11.5.8 version of timecards didn't work this way; typing in a project without using the LOV, then tabbing to the task field still left the task LOV able to filter correctly by the project number that was typed in manually.
