STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Login to Sales Online
2. Click on the Customer tab
3. Click on the Reports subtab
4. Click on 'Customer Activation Analysis' in Business Intelligence Reports section
The report does not open instead gives an error like below
"The page cannot be displayed"
"Error: The requested URL was not found, or cannot be served at this time. Incorrect usage."
"Error: The requested URL was not found, or cannot be served at this time.
Oracle Reports Server CGI - Key "XXXXXXXX_APPS" is unrecognized."
