MWA User Gets "Already Signed On" Message When Logging Again in MWA Server

When an MWA user is logged out of the mobile application ( MWA Server ) and they the user tried to login again , the user gets the following error:
Already signed on.
There is an old session. Continue with this old session 'Yes/No'
