Campaign Schedule Remains In Active State - Does Not Change To Completed (Doc ID 312007.1)

Symptoms

After creation of a campaign schedule (e.g., an Email Campaign), and setting the status to Active, the campaign remains in Active state. It does not complete the required fulfillment request to execute the email campaign. When sending a test mail to a mail account, the fulfillment server successfully sends the mail.

The mails are sent to the targeted persons, but the campaign status is not getting changed to "Complete"
