Symptoms
1. Unable to launch forms from Self Service Framework homepage. Browser session hangs indefinitely. No visible error at user end.
2. Able to launch forms from http://<server>:<port>/dev60cgi/f60cgi
3. DAD connection test fnd_web.ping failing.
4. error_log_pls file reports error:
mod_plsql: /pls/CRP/fnd_web.ping HTTP-500 DAD 'crp' is disabled because of a missing OWA package
owa_match. Please install the latest OWA packages into your database.
