In Oracle Contracts 11i, the Concurrent Process Listeners for an Events Queue process are stuck in Pending Standby status and the Conflict Resolution Manager Request Diagnostics is showing the following information:
Phase : Inactive
Status : No Manager
Name : Listener for Events Queue
The concurrent manager defined to process this request is not active in the current work shift. The request will not process within this work shift.
Contact your system administrator to verify that the concurrent manager work shifts are defined correctly.
