This problem can occur on any platform.
All source organizations are not available for some internal items in iProcurement.
This problem occurs when items belonging to the same category that have been enabled in the same organizations, have been created under the same master organization, using the same organization attributes, and fall under the same default sourcing rule.
1. Log into iProcurement responsibility.
2. Search for the an item.
3. Select the link to source the item internally. The next page should show the available organizations from which the item can be sourced.
For example :
1) The internal item : 003R90003 shows only 1 source organization although it is been enabled for 12 organizations .
2) The internal item : 003R90009 shows only 10 source organizations although it is been enabled for 12 organizations .
