RCVRCVRC Purchase Order has Destination 'Multiple' instead of Subinventory

Symptoms
In the Receiving Transactions Summary form (RCVRCVRC) on one purchase order receipt,
the destination field for the 'Receive ' transaction indicates 'Multiple' instead of the Subinventory.
The deliver transaction is missing, even though the routing is set to Direct Delivery.
A TRANSFER transaction also appears in RCV_TRANSACTIONS table.
There are no errored records in the Transaction Status Summary form.
