Why Can't I access the Admin Tab in iSupplier? (Doc ID 313027.1)

Goal

When users try to access the Admin Tab in iSupplier, they receive the following error message:

You are not authorized for the task which you are trying to perform. Please contact your system
administrator for more information.

Or the screen will flash and just stay on Home page
