Service Contracts Email Quote Option Does Not Submit The Quote Concurrent Program (Doc ID 313091.1)

Symptoms

Using the Service Contracts Manager responsibility:

1. Query a contract.
2. Select Tools from the toolbar; select Email Quote.
3. Press the Send button to submit the quote.

The message states: Concurrent Request 0 is submitted successfully.

The actual report is not submitted.

The program should not be run in this manner, but this highlights another symptom of the problem:

Navigate to Control -> Requests -> Run.

Submit the 'Service Contracts Quote Printing Program For US'.

This error occurs:

APP-FND-01408: Print style LANDSCAPE is invalid for the given dimension and/or printer

 
Cause: The print style LANDSCAPE is invalid for the given dimension
minimum width: 100 maximum width: none minimum length: 60 maximum length:
none or .......

Cause: The print style LANDSCAPE is not support for printer noprint or.....
