Symptoms

Running FSG report from ADI on.

The Date parameter it's defaulted value shows different behaviour as it seems related to the GL period's status.

View next example:

MAY05,F-05 - From 30-APR-2005 To 27-MAY-2005 - status Closed
JUN05,F-05 - From 28-MAY-2005 To 24-JUN-2005 - status Open
JUL05,F-05 - From 25-JUN-2005 To 29-JUL-2005 - status Future -Entry

Period MAY05,F-05 results to a defaulted value for the Date parameter of: 27/05/2005
Period JUN05,F-05 results to a defaulted value for the Date parameter of: 10/06/2005
Period JUL05,F-05 results to a defaulted value for the Date parameter of: 25/06/2005

Hence a closed period defaults to the last day of the defined period
Hence an open period defaults to the current calendar date of the defined period
Hence a future enterable period defaults to the 1st day of the defined period
