Symptoms
In the Quick Sales Order Form, unable to book order. The Process Messages window comes up saying "Payment Term is required on a booked order" even though the Payment Terms field is filled in.
Navigation path:
Order Management Superuser> Orders, Returns>Quick Sales Orders>Find customer.>Enter item to order>Enter payment information in Payments window>Enter Shipping method>Select "Book Order" button.
The error appear in the Process messages window: "Payment Term is required on a booked order".
