Oracle Incentive Compensation - Version: 11.5.9 to 11.5.10This problem can occur on any platform.
Symptoms
1. Columns 'Commission_Payed_Itd' and 'Commission_Payed_Ptd' in table 'CN_SRP_PERIOD_QUOTAS_ALL' were not populated after calulation. They have values of 0.
2. Using the Group by Interval Formula Type. The Cumulative Flag is set to Yes.
3. These are the observations:
Interval Type : Year
Interval Numbers : Same for all periods.
Formula : Group By
In this case the Commission PTD and ITD fields are not populated.
Only the Output Achieved PTD and ITD fields are populated.
Interval Type : Period
Interval Numbers : Different for all the periods
Formula : Group By
In this case, only when we enter different numbers for the periods, the
Commission_Payed_Ptd and Itd fields are getting populated
