Error In Self-Service Training Enrollment ORA-20001: OTA_13667_WEB_STATUS_NOT_SEEDE: ORA-06512

Symptoms

When an employee logs in to Employee Self-Service and searches for "Scheduled" training, the following error is produced:

ORA-20001: OTA_13667_WEB_STATUS_NOT_SEEDE:
ORA-06512: at "APPS.OTA_TRAINING_SS", line 2019
ORA-06512: at "APPS.OTA_TRAINING_SS", line 2173
ORA-06512: at line 1

 



STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1) Log in and select "Employee Self-Service "
2) Click on the "Training" function
3) Search for scheduled  training
4) Click on "Enroll" button
5) Fill in "enrollment details"
6) Click the "Review" button.
System throws the error message
