11i - INVISMMX APP-FND-01260 Min-Max Planning Report Date Fields Not Accepting Correct Format (Doc ID 315312.1)

INVISMMX.rdf

Symptoms

INVISMMX module:   You are attempting to enter date in parameters for the Supply Cutoff Data Offset and Demand Cutoff Date Offset in the Min-max planning report . The fields will not take the standard Oracle data format. 

The error message states
APP-FND-01260: Valid characters are 0-9
Cause: You may enter only the specified characters in this field. You entered
a character(s) not in the list.
Action: Re-enter your value using the valid characters.

INVISMMX log file shows the error:

MSG-00090: Error - Before Report
MSG-00101: Error after line 110:-1841:ORA-01841: (full) year must be between -4713 and +9999, and
not be 0
REP-1825: Before Report trigger returned FALSE.

A screen shot parameters field of the INVISMMX.rdf shows the following error:

APP-FND-01260: Valid characters are 0-9
Cause: You may enter only the specified characters in this field. You entered
a character(s) not in the list.
Action: Re-enter your value using the valid characters.
