Symptoms

Ship To address LOV displays incorrect data Create Service Request form

Steps:

Responsibility: Customer Support
Navigation: Service Requests-> Create Service Requests
Populate customer or product to fill in header region of service request
Click the Contacts tab
The bill-to/ship-to information will be defaulted
Highlight the Customer field, backspace, and tab out of field
This will clear the Bill To Address region
Choose a new related customer account
Now click the Address lov under the Ship-To Address region
The lov shows the data that is present in the bill-to address lov
