Symptoms
An CXML purchase order is getting created and is shown by the Transaction Monitor as being successfully delivered, but the supplier is not seeing the message posted on their website.
This is apparently working for iProcurement. The URL (protocol address) is correct and working because it is the same URL used for establishing a punchout connection from iProcurement
