Symptoms
The concurrent program "Purge Obsolete Workflow Runtime Data" is running every day with following parameters:
Item type: blank, Item key: blank, Age = 30, Persistence type: blank, runtime: blank
yet the workflow data tables keep growing.
In the Oracle Applications Console there are over 1.8 million purgeable rows showing in the Work Items Throughput for Completed Items.
