Form:CSPTRREQ.FMB - CSP:Parts Requirements

When two (or more) parts requirements are added to a task, the Parts Requirements button on the Material Debrief tab only fetches the lines from the first Parts Requirement.

Steps to Reproduce

1) Create a Service Request

2) Create associated task

3) Click Debrief button

4) (N)Tools / Parts Requirement

5) Parts Requirements screen opens up

6) Enter the Need by Date, Item and Quantity .. then save it.
Now, it is needed to have another parts' requirement item with some other 'Need by Date' for example.
Hence another parts requirement is created with same debrief number and task number.
Basically two parts requirements are created with different 'Need by Date'.

7) Close the Parts requirement form

8) Choose the task and click on Debrief

9) Navigate to Material Tab

10) Click on Parts requirement Button

Result: only the first part requirement created is displayed and the second one is missing
