Customer Support HTML - Agent Dashboard Not Showing Any Service Request Data (Doc ID 316296.1)

The Customer Support Specialist Responsibility has been assigned to the user and the user is able to log on and see the Agent Dashboard.

Even though Service Requests have been assigned to the user (resource) and unassigned Service Requests exist as well, the user is not able to see them in the Agent Dashboard.

Additionally, when creating a new service request from the Agent Dashboard, the list of values for Request Type is not showing any values.
