Cannot Derive the Code Combination Id (CCID) For Order Type (Doc ID 316592.1)

Symptoms

Inventory Interface Fails with an error in OM Cost of Goods Sold (COGS):

Unable to get account for delivery detail id XXX

The seeded OM Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) workflow was modified to change the default node from Get CCID for a line to Get CCID from the Order Type ID.
The Account Generator was modified to point to the new OM COGS workflow process.
Account Generator Processes form: Setup > Financials > Flexfields > Key.
Structure: Operations Accounting Flex.
For the Item Type: OM: Generate Cost of Goods Sold Account, the Process Name must point to the new OM COGS Process.

The diagnostic script in <Note 220973.1> Cost of Goods Sold Account Setup displays the following error:

ERROR

Error occurred ORA-01403: no data found while getting workflow process name and X_ERRMSG = Cost Of Goods Sold Account Generation Failed with error : Cannot derive the Code
Combination id for Order Type Id value YYY.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Modify the OM Cogs workflow as above.
2. Ship an order.
3. Inventory interface will fail: Unable to get account for delivery detail id XXX

Changes

Modified the seeded COGS workflow as noted above.
