Symptoms

When attempting to Navigate or save data in the Assignment screen, getting the error listed below.

This is occurring when navigating to the Assignment form using the:
    Combined person/assignment form
    Fastpath Assignment form

If a person's assignment has got a Position / Job attached, the forms automatically display and crash upon entry to the assignment form.
If a person's assignment does NOT have a Position / Job attached, the forms then crash when trying to save the information.

Forms PERWSHRG & PERWSEMA have been recompiled successfully

1. People -> Enter & Maintain -> Query person
    -> [Assignment] - will crash here with error message above (if there is a Position/Job attached)
    -> Enter Position/Job ->  Save >  [Correction] - will crash here with error message above

2. Fastpath > Assignment -> Query person - will crash here with error message above (if there is a Position/Job attached)
    -> Enter Position/Job -> Save -> [Correction] - will crash here with error message above
