Element Missing from Online Payslip for One Employee (Doc ID 317330.1)

Symptoms

An employee waived health coverage as of 01-NOV-2014 in 2015.


Pre-tax deductions needed to be refunded to this employee for 5 pay periods. 

A deduction element called X Med PreTax Hlth Pln was used entering a negative amount.

This element is included in the balance feeds for element Med PreTax  Health Pln which is the pre-tax deduction that appears on the professional SOE form and on the online Payslip.

The Med PreTax Hlth Pln amount shows up on the SOE form but not on the online Payslip.


Nothing was archived for the Med PreTax Hlth Pln element for the pay period in question.
