FORM:ARXCUDCI.FMB - Customers
When maintaining Profile: Transaction and Profile: Amounts at the Site Level for a customer, you encounter the following error:
APP-AR-96282: Error: This record in table hz_cust_profile_amts cannot be locked as it has been updated by another user.
Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Customers > Standard
- Query an existing customer.
- Click the Profile: Transactions tab.
- Change the profile class and WITHOUT saving, go immediately to the Profile:Amounts tab and make changes
- Save the record and the error above is raised.
