Symptoms
A Journal Entry has been submitted for Approval, however the workflow process fails with the following error messages.
Failed Activity Request Approval From Approver

Error Name WFENG_NOTIFICATION_PERFORMER
Error Message 3120: Activity 'GLBATCH/139466' has no performer.
