Service Request Owner Lov Not Displaying All Values In CSXSRISR with security on (Doc ID 329330.1)

Symptoms

In the Service Request form, (CSXSRISR), the LOV for the "Owner" field does not display all the values that are in the Resource Group specified in the SR "Group" field.   It would appear that only  non-Employee resources are being displayed.
