Service: Paper Clip Icon Does Not Display That an Attachment Exists in SR Form (Doc ID 329351.1)

Symptoms

The attachment icon is not displayed correctly although an attachment has been added to a Service Request in form CSXSRISR. Expecting the attachment icon to change to a paper clip with a yellow paper, but it only shows a blank paper clip.

Steps to reproduce:

(R) Customer Support (N) Create Service Request

Query an existing SR or create a new SR. Add an Attachment to the SR. Save, and ensure that attachment was added fine. Requery the same SR again - attachment is not shown in the paperclip icon. No yellow paper is displayed, only the empty paper clip. However, when selecting the clip icon, the attached file is available OK.
