Q1: System Extract is used to extract dental plan information.
The "Dependent Relationship Code" field is used for decoding the relationship code in a data element.
The extract is retrieving the Emergency contact relationship type for the contact as well as the spouse relationship type. 

How can the extract be set up to filter the Emergency Contact from the extract?

Q2: Is there a way to create two separate advanced conditions on the File Layout which utilize two separate action items?
