Symptoms

While trying to process Interface Trip Stop for an order upgraded to 11.5.10, it completes with following warning.

Error in calculate_priceORA-00001: unique constraint (QP.QP_PREQ_LDETS_TMP_U1) violated
error in fetch_adjustments:
