Symptoms
When opening the Find Service Request form, an error message appears.
Error:
ORA-01403: no data found
FRM-40735: WHEN-NEW-BLOCK-INSTANCE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01403.
Steps to Reproduce:
Service (R) > Find Service Request (N) > Error
Changes
This occurs in a fresh install of the application.
