Error FRM-40735 and ORA-04098 or ORA-44002 when Saving New Employee or Create or Update a Location (Doc ID 329780.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to enter a new employee and save the record, on Enter and Maintain form, the following error occurs:

FRM-40735: ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04098.

ORA-04098: trigger 'PER.DR$PER_ADDRESSES_N4TC' is invalid and failed re-validation
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PER_HRTCA_MERGE", line 1145
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PER_HRTCA_MERGE", line 1843
ORA-06512: at "APPS.HR_PER_TYPE_USAGE_INTERNAL", line 129
ORA-06512: at "APPS.HR_PER_TYPE_USAGE_INTERNAL", line 844
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PER_PEOPLE11_PKG", line 698

OR

When trying to create or update a location, the following error occurs.

FRM-40735: ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-44002.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using Setup User responsibility.
2. Navigate to Navigate to Setup > Organization > Location.
3. Try to create or update a location > Save.
4. Get error.

OR

When trying to create a location or to add an employee, the following error occurs.

FRM-40735: ON-UPDATE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-44002.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using HRMS Manager responsibility.
2. Navigate to Work Structure > Locations.
3. Create a new Location > Save.
4. Get error.

OR

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using HR Foundation responsibility.
2. Navigate to People > Enter and Maintain.
3. Enter the details > Save.
4. Get error.

Changes

 The database was upgraded.
