Symptoms

Order lines are stuck in fulfilled status.

The error in workflow is:

Error Name :-20001
Error Message: ORA-20001:
Error Stack:

Wf_Engine_Util.Function_Call(OE_INVOICE_WF.INVOICE_INTERFACE, OEOL, 8116625,


The retry_invoice.sql output shows this error:

L_MSG_DATA=OEXPINVB() Others Error ORA-02290: check constraint (AR.RA_INTERFACE_LINES_C1)
violated in Package OE_Invoice_PUB Procedure Insert_Line
