There have been many changes to the Emergency Contacts and Dependents and Beneficiaries section on the Personal Information form.

1- If a contact is via to the Dependents and Beneficiaries form, what determines if it will also appear under the Emergency Contacts region? It is just relationship type? If so, what relationship will not appear under the Emergency Contacts region?

2- If a contact is added via the Emergency Contacts form, what determines if it will also appear under the Dependents and Beneficiaries region? It is just relationship type? If so, what relationship will not appear under the Dependents and Beneficiaries region?

3- What is the future direction of Emergency Contacts and Dependents and Beneficiaries? They seem to be overlapping quite greatly.
