Symptoms
When trying to schedule a task using Scheduler with the 'Intelligent Scheduling' option, no resources are found when the Group Owner territory qualifier is used, and the Group Owner is populated on the service request associated with the task.
The territory setup has the Group Owner (for service request) enabled.
The error displayed when attempting to schedule is:
No territories matched the selected task therefore no resources were returned to perform the task.
