Loan Accounting: Where Does Mfar_fund_account_change Code come from? (Doc ID 330570.1)

Goal

After creating a replacement natural account record in accounting,
a record gets inserted into LNS_DEFAULT_DISTRIBS_ALL table.

The ACCOUNT_NAME column for that record shows "MFAR_FUND_ACCOUNT_CHANGE" code.

We are Unable to find the meaning for the value in fnd_lookup_values table.
The values for all of the other codes stored in this column are in fnd_lookup_values table.

Where does this MFAR_FUND_ACCOUNT_CHANGE code come from?
